Session 2: From Floundering to Moving Forward

Erin Evans, Session 2: From Floundering to Moving Forward

What barriers do we face in moving forward in our faith? What is it that holds us back when God is calling us to action? In this interactive session, Erin will lead us through an exercise that explores our own lives through the lens of Jesus’ parable of the Good Samaritan to help us discover how we can go from floundering to finally moving forward in our walk with God.

About Erin

Erin is the wife of a naval chaplain and mom of four who makes her home in the Halifax area. As home educator to her children, she is an avid reader who loves cultivating a life of learning. A timid tourist turned passionate pilgrim, she has travelled and led travellers to the Holy Land. In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying nature walks, studying Hebrew, reading really old books, and trying every new sourdough recipe she can find. She shares her passion for Jesus on the page, the platform, the piano — any way she can, because God has taken her from a mess to “amen” as she has learned to follow Him one shaky step of faith at a time. You can connect with her online. She blogs about God’s unlikely grace at ErinHeatherEvans.com and writes regularly for Well Christian Woman.
