About Emily

Emily is a 48 year old wife, happily married to her God-given best friend for over 23 years. She is a grateful mom to three precious gifts from God — her children, aged 16, 19, and 21. Emily resides in beautiful Prince Edward Island, where she is heavily involved in the homeschool community and is in her fourteenth year of schooling her own children (two have since graduated). Emily finds great joy in connecting with others through laughter and tears, talking, digging deep into heart issues, and sharing her own story of God’s goodness and faithfulness. Emily and her family are actively involved in various leadership roles in their local church and practice hospitality as part of their lifestyle. They try to embrace every opportunity God presents to share the good news of the gospel with others and to bring God’s hope, affirmation, and encouragement to those who are lost and broken, both inside and outside the church.
