Cheryl-Anne Berthiaume
Worship Team
Cheryl-Anne is a mother, grandmother, newlywed, and a living testament to the restorative power of God. After stepping away from her childhood faith following the tragic loss of her twins in 1980, she was drawn back to Jesus 35 years later amidst a traumatic brain injury and her daughter’s battle with Ebola. Her journey since has been defined by extraordinary miracles. In 2020, complications from Lyme disease and meningitis confined her to a power wheelchair with a permanent paralysis diagnosis. Yet, in July 2024 at the Atlantic Christian Ashram, God completely healed her, and she walked out of the camp by faith. Recently, she walked down the aisle to marry her husband, Gerard—the man who first welcomed her back to church, and who himself experienced a miraculous recovery from a massive stroke. Before her brain injury, Cheryl-Anne was an avid singer and musician. Having lost those abilities for more than a decade, by the grace of God she is stepping up to the microphone for the first time today as part of the conference worship team.
